Merrill Cover of Mill Valley is a junior in high school with a thriving musical theater career. Miss Cover is a passionate singer-songwriter who enjoys collaborating with fellow musicians Hannah Canin and Riley Cover. Some of her musical theater roles include "Cady" in Mean Girls, "Hope" in Urinetown, "Dolly" in Footloose, "Paulette" in Legally Blonde, "Race" in Newsies, "Leading Player" in Pippin, "Lou Ann" in Hairspray, among many others. She has trained at the Throckmorton Theatre, Kids Across Marin Perform, and the Performing Arts Academy of Marin. Miss Cover has studied piano, voice, choir, jazz dance, and Broadway dance. She has studied with Erin Gentry, Amy Marie Haven, Donna Cerio, Desiree Goyette, and Stephanie Valadez. Her music can be heard from the Xicameri Productions label on Spotify, Apple Music, and all other major streaming platforms.
