Mission Statement
XP Performing Arts Academy is an after school enrichment program in Contra Costa County offering holistic dance classes to students ages 5-12. Our dance classes place equal emphasis on the academic and artistic, encouraging students to explore the technical, historical, and cultural aspects of the art form.
This enrichment program adds diversity to the artistic community by giving children and teens from under-served communities the tools and education to express themselves through dance movement. The tools include building confidence, self-expression, and community that is vital in a child’s development.
