“Mothers” features musicians Alexandra Iranfar-Viloteau and Stephanie Valadez; and  dancer Claire Calalo Berry.  The all-mother cast brings their insight to the difficulties, joys, and ironies of motherhood in a way that will make you smile and break your heart all at the same time.  In eight movements, “Mothers” uses new music, arranged lullabies and nursery rhymes, as well as spoken word to invite all of us into the world of motherhood.  In this Bildungsroman story, we follow the protagonist through the woes of being a daughter, the work-life balance of the child-bearing years, and the self-repair needed to flourish as a mother.
